I use the run command executor to read a autohotkey script file and it holds down shift. Well is there a way to have the run command read different lines in a document. Like for example you put what line number you want it to read like in my ahk script file.

Can you clarify what you want to happen?  It sounds like the functionality you want is something like.

Say: Read line 50   (in the document line 50 is 'purple flowers grow in the spring.')

Output is the TTS saying: 'Purple flowers grow in the spring.'

Is this right?

If so auto hotkey could do:
'CTRL-Home' (go to the top)
repeat down arrow X times.
Highlight line (shift-down)
Dispatch selected text to TTS.
