How do we use WSR with a recording from a digital voice recorder?

You must purchase the http://www.mymsspeech.com/microphones/prod_details.asp?subCatID=71&prodID=228 - WSRToolkit which has:
"Transcription reads your wave (.WAV) file from a digital recorder and transcribes it to text."
