Welcome. Are you using WSR in a call center setting? If so, in what way?

The only thing similar at the moment is the ivr dialer programs we use. Internally, we have looked into this and are considering implementing the program next year.

Great to know you are going to try it. Let us know how it goes. You can always write (or have written for you) custom macros to accomplish repetitive tasks.
