This is addressed to (year0026) the start listening command. I used screen saver macro and it turned on the start listening function.

Here's the macro I used:
<speechMacros> <command> <listenFor>Screensaver</listenFor> <speak>activating screen saver!</speak> <run command="E:\Program Files\Microsoft\Office\Office\OSA.EXE" params="-s"/> </command> </speechMacros> |

Yes I wrote it and I also used the shortcut for Microsoft Office screen saver. And combined the 2 to make this macro

After turning everything off I tried the using the phrase word screensaver and it activated it
