When Internet search interferes with commands

Is there an easy way to make sure that when you speak a command it interprets it as a command and not as search?  In Internet Explorer I have a folder called IT in my quick links bar.  Every time I try to access it using speech recognition it thinks I want to type IT, and no matter how I tried to pronounce it differently I couldn't get it to register that there is a folder called IT and that it is an option.  Do you have any advice for me? 

Are you pronouncing IT as "it" or "eye tee"? If you're pronouncing it as "eye tee," adding a space character between the two characters in your bookmark name did the trick for me.
