Transcribing phone interviews from dig recorder

   Marty, 

Can I record a telephone interview from my digital voice recorder, transfer it to my PC, slow down the recorded voice so that I can hear it and transcribe it from my voice into text? 

Please help with this. I'm desperate to transcribe many hours of interviews.
