(Windows 7) I would like to be able to dictate notes as I am researching things on the internet. Right now this is a pain because WVR pauses each time applications are switched, and I have to put focus back into the application I am writing in.
How do I do this? -- Curtis |

WSR is working the way it is designed. It makes sense that when you change the active window, the speech recognition becomes active for that window. If you wish to change back, say Switch Application or Switch to Inbox (Outlook) or Switch to Post Reply (this window I am now dictating the response within).

For my purposes, having the text go to the window that has focus is not what I want. Instead I want to be able to dictate verbal notes into a word-processor while actively searching the internet using the keyboard and mouse.
From your reply I am guessing the answer is no. |
