We all know how to delete multiple emails at once using the mouse on a Windows machine. But how is that done using Windows Speech Recognition? Thanks for your help.

I'm sure this could be done with a macro. Our programmer is being messaged on this and will likely get back to you within a couple of days. Marty |

What is a macro? I've heard this word before, but I really don't know what it is.

In a nutshell a Macro is a shortcut. Using our WSRToolkit Macro Wizard you can create 3 types of shortcuts: 1. Text Macro - for example, at the end of this message I will say, "Sign Off." It will insert Marty Markoe, MyMSSpeech.com. 2. Navigation Macro - for example, I have a macro named, "My Forum." It opens Internet Explorer and takes me to this forum. 3. Command Macro - I have a macro used in Word called, "Paragraph and Paste." It copies the paragraph below by first selecting the paragraph (Shift+Ctrl+Down), copying (Ctrl+C), opening Notepad and then pasting the paragraph (Ctrl+V) in Notepad. Marty |
