Word 2013 is running in "compatibility mode" when using "speech"
What is the reason?
Can or should anything be done about it?
Also does not respond to "open[ or start] word 2013. it tries to open word 2007 which is not installed on my computer. so I am wonderinh how much th "toolkit" is compatable with windows 8?
