WSR is free. Just try it. Accents should not matter as long as you enunciate clearly. Read "Getting Started with Windows Speech Recognition."  This will tell you all you'll need to know on setting it up and using.

Dear friends,

Do you know if WSR is available for mexican and south american spanish? I know that you have all the features for Spain-Spanish, but I wonder if it also works for other accents.
