I just did a test recording and get:

The sentence below the the file name is what I dictated into the recorder and confirmed was recorded by playing it back. Try playing your .wav file in Windows Media Player or some other such .wav player to see if there is any recorded audio. If you cannot hear any playback audio, you need to check your microphone is not muted and or the recording level is up enough to be heard.

I load .wav file and add to 'Transcription Jobs'.  I highlight .wav file and  click start.
 
Only thing showing up in the 'Transcription Results' box is following:
