Hello, I have windows 7 home premium and have never been able to use the diction scratchpad. I have it enabled on the options. Anyone have any ideas? thanks

The Scratchpad will only appear when you try to dictate into a non TSF, text services frameworks, window. For example, Microsoft Word and Outlook are TSF compliant and the Scratchpad would never appear. If you just want to take notes, use something like Notepad.
