I was recently trying out WSR and particularly liked the Show Numbers feature.  I am a programmer and would like to implement this feature but instead of saying choose one, choose two  etc I want to be able to push the relevant number on the keyboard.  Can anyone shed some light on how this program works, is it using MSAA (Microsoft active accessibility) or maybe even TSF (Text Services Framework).

Any pointers greatly appreciated as I am trying to help out a disabled friend who unfortunately can't use speech software.

If you still didn't give up, you can read this MSDN page:
