I use macros to assist in Photoshop.  I would like to able to have a macro that simulates the pressing of the Alt key (and hold for 2-3 seconds) and click on the spot beneath where Im holding the mouse pointer.  Using the keyboard when I do this with the brush tool it brings up the colour picker.  This is what I want to be able to do via a macro.  The only thing Ive found with the mouse so far is bring up the grid.  I need something that clicks the mouse on the screen where ever the point is at that time.
The Alt and hold part is easy enough but Im stumped on the mouse click.

Click Here to see Rob Chambers explanation for using {{Alt}}. The double brace characters use the hold function for the shortcut key.

I dont have an issue with using the Alt key its using the alt key and also being able to press the left mouse button that I cant work out. So I need something that will press and hold the alt key whilst also being able to click the mouse button
