I created a very simple set of macros for calling specific numbers with my softphone. The macros are generally identical except, of course, the speech command that executes them.

All of a sudden, out of the blue, no warning, they quit working properly. Where once they issued the full string of numbers followed by an "enter" to start the dialing process, now they issue the first digit, and then the "enter", skipping all the other numbers.

What could be wrong?

Well, it seems that I have solved my own issue. It seems that macros that utilizes the NUM command require that the NUM lock key be turned on. Mine, somehow, got turned off.

That's true. At least now if someone runs across the same problem, they will know what to look for. :-)
